ABOUT US

A Renton family that's been moving dirt for two generations

Margullis Construction has been family-owned since 1995, with principals in the trade since 1980 — a father-and-son team you'll actually meet on site.

Doug & Mike Margullis

Doug started running equipment in 1980 and founded Margullis Construction in Renton in 1995. Mike grew up on job sites and now runs crews of his own — the same values, a generation newer.

We know Fairwood Greens soil, the drainage quirks off Petrovitsky, and what King County inspectors expect to see in a trench. That local knowledge is why the water district refers homeowners to us.

No sales team, no call center. When you dial (425) 413-0555, you get the people who will be standing in your yard.
